About The Library

The library is central to learning at Nün Academy. Our growing collection comprises approximately 6,000 materials and will continue to grow as we do. We are committed to finding the best literature and nonfiction titles and keeping the collection current and relevant. We also have various online databases and subscriptions available to students for use at school and home.

Mission Statement

The library’s mission is to ensure that our students, staff and community gain the knowledge and skills to be effective and conscientious users of ideas and information. We aim to foster a love of literature and learning and to provide quality print and electronic resources that support the needs and interests of our students, staff and community.

Destiny is our library’s online catalog. Use Destiny to find books by author, title, subject, keyword, or series.

Just click on the Destiny Discover Link and type the title, author, keyword, series, or subject in the catalog bar.

If an item is unavailable, please sign in to place a hold. When the book is returned, you will be contacted to pick it up in the library.
Remember that you must be logged into Destiny to place a hold or create a resource list.

Borrowing Guidelines

Students visit the library with their class once per week to browse and borrow. However, the library is open throughout the school day, and we encourage students to visit as often as they need. The door is always open!

Parents In The Library

Our library is very much a community resource. Stop in to browse, choose books and read with your child. When we’re not teaching, the librarians are happy to help you find just the right books for your child.
